I own a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4WD pickup with over 200K miles. It's worth maintaining and my Service Advisor, Matt G, is the perfect rep to help me. He owns and personally maintains his own older vehicles, so he's a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is excellent at identifying problems, prioritizing, and offering solution options. He goes above and beyond to communicate with his customers and the Service Technicians who do the repair work. He's patient, an excellent listener, and has a great sense of humor as well! The facility is spacious/comfortable, clean, and secure. The staff is professional and a pleasure to work with... and they provide shuttle service which makes it very easy for me to leave and retrieve my vehicle. I wouldn't keep coming back to AutoNation in Irvine if I was unhappy with their services. In the future I may decide to replace my aging vehicle... I recently test drove two SUVs with Sales Professional, Ali D, who was knowledgeable about his inventory and generous with his time. When I'm ready to make a new/used vehicle purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to go to this dealership! More
