Thank you for your response. However, the issue is very clear. I was specifically told that the BOGO $49.95 oil change would be applied, and I agreed to proceed based on that information. However, I was charged full price for the oil change, which does not match what was promised. I feel misled and very disappointed. This needs to be corrected. Please review my invoice and apply the BOGO $49.95 oil change as promised.
