I’d like to consider this my “one and done,” so I wanted to make sure I found not only the right truck, but also the right company and the right people to work with. I came in having done my research and already had all the numbers in mind. Right off the bat, Don approached us with very reasonable numbers. His no-nonsense, straightforward, and chill approach was truly appreciated. He connected well with us and made the process feel easy. Then Jesus, a young salesman, helped us out, and I have to say — his knowledge and attention to detail were spot on, more than most of the people I’ve dealt with throughout this whole process. I bought a car here, but the dealer did not submit the registration transfer to the DMV on time. It was not handled until the temporary documents were about to expire. I contacted the dealer multiple times, but they kept passing me around — telling me to wait, then talk to the manager, then the salesperson, then the manager again. It felt like I was being given the runaround. In the end, they showed no apology at all for failing to submit the transfer on time and acted as if it was perfectly normal. They also repeatedly try to sell you expensive and unnecessary add-on services. More
