I recently had my Tacoma serviced and had excellent customer service. Service advisor, Amanda Baker was fantastic. She was friendly, kept me informed while the maintenance was being performed. I went to AutoNation Toyota Irvine to purchase my leased vehicle. The financial staff made the process easy from completing a credit application, to considering financing options, allowing me to put more vehicle. The financial staff made the process easy from completing a credit application, to considering financing options, allowing me to put more down on the end lease amount and completing all of the paperwork for disposition of the lease, paying TFS loan off, securing financing from a bank with a reasonable interest rate and processing the registration and title process. All in less than 2 hours. The staff and finance manager are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and were helpful to me. I highly recommend AutoNation Irvine and will certainly be purchasing my next Toyota through them! More
