Took my Sienna in for standard maintenance on Monday and was told car would be done by 9am. Perfect! Saw car ready for pick up at 850am. Did not receive keys back until 9:40am. I was told service person was was told car would be done by 9am. Perfect! Saw car ready for pick up at 850am. Did not receive keys back until 9:40am. I was told service person was with another customer. Went to go look and his desk was empty. I had to wait an additional hour to sign a piece of paper and get my keys back. I realize this is a petty comment but there has to be a more efficient way to complete a service. More
