Stand by their word! I called in to check the price on a Tacoma. Went in, financed it and drove home in a couple hours! Had been to several dealerships when I got there t I called in to check the price on a Tacoma. Went in, financed it and drove home in a couple hours! Had been to several dealerships when I got there they either wanted $5-10,000 more than what the sticker said or it wasn't the exact model I was looking for. I took in a 2007 Avalon because the power remotes functioned poorly. First time the service advisor didn’t call me for two days. When I finally reached him, he admitted that they had not even looke functioned poorly. First time the service advisor didn’t call me for two days. When I finally reached him, he admitted that they had not even looked at the car. I took the car back and brought it back a week later. Same thing, he didn’t call me for two days. When I finally got a hold of him he said the antenna was $900 and service would cost $2000. But the part was back ordered and Toyota most likely was not planning to make the part. He still charged me $189 for diagnostics. More
