SALES. When I bought my car, I paid in full with a check from my credit union. Their administrative department sent my title to the credit union instead of me. I made multiple calls and visits. No title. After 5 months, my attorney sent a threatening letter. I FINALLY had my title within a week. They offered me NOTHING to compensate me for my hassle. SERVICE. Simple service takes 3 hours, appointment or not. Then, the service rep slithers up and tells you you need a couple hundred dollars if more work. And it takes another 90 minutes. More

I made the mistake of making an appointment on a Monday. I waited two hours and twenty minutes. It used to take no more than one and a half hours.
