I made an appoint and went in to have my car serviced. I waited in my car for over 35 minutes before anyone spoke with me. I needed a simple oil change and also needed to have my brakes checked. I waited till past 2 pm and my oil change was still not complete. I had to go to the manager and ask for my car back as I was fed up of waiting. Imagine sitting there from 10.30am to past 2 pm for an oil change!! After finally getting my car back I noticed that they hadn’t checked the brakes. Not a word of explanation leave alone an apology for the agonizing and inexcusably long wait. I paid almost $90 for the oil change. Atrociously expensive. They’ve jacked up their rates. This placed used to provide decent service in the past but not anymore. They didn’t seem to care. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere. More
