Our Experience with Power Toyota in Irvine was wonderful and we owe that to Steve Shurter and his excellent customer service! We first starting looking online at several dealers and also different Toyota dealers in the area. No one except Power Toyota and Steve got back to me. Steve was fast and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He also set aside time to make an appointment with us to come in and test drive the vehicles we were interested in. We were very happy with the way Steve treated us as customers. He was not overly aggressive and did not push his sales tactics on us. He was honest and open and did the best he could with us. We very much appreciated his approach. We felt more like we were dealing with a friend than a scary car dealer, who is trying to make you broke!! Also, the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted was not on the lot. He understood that we didnt want to settle. So he searched for hours looking for what we wanted. He was able to find th exact vehicle- 2013 Highlander SE in Crismon Mica with Black Leather, and he had it brought in the next day. He provided quotes for different down payments and gave us inventory pricing. Also, we were trying to sell our Honda, and had it appraised at the lot. He was honest with us and told us not to trade it in, that we could get more money selling it privately. This we appreciated very much!! He was able to work out a deal that allowed us to buy the vehicle that day and they gave us time to gather the down payment as we sold the Honda. This was great! Overall, we enjoyed working with Steve. He was fast, efficent, friendly and had a wonderful attitude. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I met Rachelle when my daughter, who was visiting from Colorado, and I went to look at the RAV4 which she was interested in buying in Colorado. Rachelle was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us sh Colorado, and I went to look at the RAV4 which she was interested in buying in Colorado. Rachelle was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us showing us the different Rav4s and answering all her questions. My wife and I later went back to look at the Venza and again dealt with Rachelle but left without making a decision. A few months later we were back to look at the Highlander. Rachelle recognized us and helped us find the car we wanted. Rachelle never showed a lack of patience. We are happy we bought our car here. It is actually my second purchase here and I will be back. BEWARE: BAIT & SWITCH SCAM AT POWER TOYOTA IN IRVINE I found a vehicle online and contacted sales department to confirm the vehicle availability and price. I went in to the dealership that evening, Abdul takes us to see the car and the it was over $5000 then the asking price advertise for on Autotrader. The add-on was never mention in the ad or disclose by Abdul the sales person. This tactic is unfair and form of fraud! More

I had great in fact incredible experience at your dealership. I had my credit run at "Family Toyota" in San Juan Capistrano and was told my credit score was insufficient and that even with $4,500 dealership.
