Special thanks to Karen and Bob for making our car buying experience such a pleasant one. Karen was actually recommended to my mom from a co-worker, which is pretty funny because I think when my dad asked hi experience such a pleasant one. Initially we were shopping for a Hyundai (because my mom likes the look), but she took us to a Toyota dealer in Westminster because my sister and I wanted to take a look. We really really liked the Toyota Corolla S, but the people at the dealership weren't very friendly. I think my mom emailed Karen a few days before looking for a 2012 Corolla, but Karen informed us they only had a red one left...However she was very helpful in setting us up with a quote on a 2013 model in the exact color we wanted. Karen was very friendly and quick about emailing us back about any questions we might have had. Also she gave us a very good deal on the car, even though we've only been contacting her via email. On Sunday we decided to stop by to see the car, but unfortunately it was Karen's day off. She kindly arranged for us to meet with her associate Bob to see the car. Bob was very friendly and answered all of our questions. My mom really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to us, and that he treated us very well. He worked with us and we were able to get the car for a price that we liked. :)Oh and when we went to the finance office with Kevin, somehow the car dropped down almost $200 more :)! All in all, our experience at Power Toyota Irvine was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

THAT IS A BIG PART OF THIS TRANSACTION. Karen, like Toyota, doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk. I really can't thank her enough or Toyota for having such a fine Associate. We started considering a Prius several months before we actually purchased. By the time we visited Power Toyota of Irvine, we had already stopped to test drive and/or get information from 4 other dealers. actually purchased. He was able to answer all of our questions that other dealers could not and in fact, dispelled incorrect information given to us from other dealers re: options, etc. Robert spent a lot of time with us assisting us to decide which model/options best fit our needs and was incredibly patient as well as professional. We felt no pressure which to us was important in making such a big purchase. We returned to Power the next day and met with Mark Mehta, who was also incredibly helpful and delightful to deal with. After the purchase, Javier assisted us and explained some of the options to us (not all as it was quite late and we had to get home). Within a few days of our purchase we were surprised to receive a follow up phone call from customer service, as well as Javier to make sure we had no further questions. We stopped by the next day and again met with Javier to answer some remaining questions we had re: the navigation system, entune, etc. When we returned home, we were surprised to find a handwritten "thank you for your purchase" note from Javier in our mailbox. It's obvious that Power Toyota is very customer service oriented. Their staff are professional & well trained both in customer service and their product line. We are more than happy with the staff as well as our purchase. Why would anyone go anywhere else to buy? More

Robert helped me to lease a Toyota Rav4 for my husband. It was a surprise for my husband. Robert went above and beyond in coming with me to my place to bring the car. He took his time explaning all the car features, he helped my husband to connect his cell phone to the car so he could receive calls while driving hands free, he even helped me to do the same on my car that I bought a while ago but never got that kind of assistance. Not to mention that the Power Toyota was closed already past half hour and he was doing all those things for us. This was the best purchasing experience I have ever had....thank you Bob!!!! More
