I would recommend contact Brandon through internet sales. I pre-applied for financing online at 6 dealerships and Brandon was the only person to give me a straightforward answer and APR. Brandon made this new car buying experience easy and painless, there was no haggling necessary, I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and Brandon told me about methods to knock the overall price down that I would have never known of otherwise (who knew being a costco member would save you hundreds!?). When buying a vehicle I prefer to do my homework and compare prices/financing with all of the dealerships within 50 miles (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside) and Brandon stood out from the rest, didn't try to upsell me or call me 5 times a day and I got a solid quote, not the "You will probably get this rate but you have to come in first" nonsense. I am very pleased with my expereience at Power Toyota of Irvine. More

I have been driving Lexus suv's for the past 10 years but they were getting too expensive and Lexus did not want to work with me so I decided to check out the Highlander and couldn't be more pleased. The car is great and the leasing experience could not have been better. I have purchased or leased vehicles for the past 20 years or so on either and Auto Club or Costco referral program, generally dealing with a fleet manager. Karen is the absolute tops in my experience. She contacted me very quickly and worked with me closely to make the best match in vehicle cost and wanted features for me. Inventory was very limited due to the troubles in Japan and Karen searched all around for the vehicle trim model I wanted, finally finding one in an upcoming scheduled shipment. Karen carefully reviewed vehicle features, pricing, and lease cost information for this specific vehicle right from her computer. It was all very open and clearly discussed. Karen kept me well inforned as when to expect the vehicle to arrive at the dealership and ensured it was prepped and detailed right away and ready for me to pick up first thing the day after it arrived. All the paperwork was handled efficiently and accurately by the finance department. Both Karen and the Dealership Manager followed up post lease to ensure all was ok via both telephone calls and written inquiries. I haven't had the vehicle serviced yet so I can't comment on that department yet. More

Ever since I was 16 years old, I have been driving Toyotas, along with my entire immediate and extended family.... Die-hard Toyota fans! Power Toyota has gone above and beyond to satisfy all my needs as a vehicle buyer. This includes purchasing AND leasing, as well as any maintenance or body work needed. I have bought all my vehicles from Karen B. in the Fleet Department. She always finds the exact car I am looking for and at the best price! I previously was looking for a Tacoma with a package that is not offered in Southern California, but she was able to find something extremely similar that met all my needs. A couple months later, my mother was extremely apprehensive about leasing a new Camry, but Karen knows everything there is to know about the benefits and disadvantages. This lady knows it all! I have repeatedly referred my friends and family and none have disagreed with the quality of service and knowledge she provides. Not only will she find you the car you are looking for, but she will even deliver it to your home! I didn't even need to get a babysitter (There is NO way I am taking my 2 young children into a dealership while I buy a car!) The entire car buying process literally took a couple phone calls and the delivery lasts about 45 minutes. Every time I need servicing I always go to Kevin. He is always really nice and helpful. Servicing is always fast and my car is always returned clean and shiny. The amenities at Power Toyota are spotless and everyone always says "hello" when you walk by. I have never once had a bad experience here and I have been servicing my vehicles here for YEARS. I refuse to go anywhere else... because no where else compares to the cleanliness and friendliness you will receive here! More

We started our search for a 2011 or 2010 Scion TC in Orange County where we live. We visited Tustin Toyota. The sales manager, Ricardo and sales person Sandra were very friendly, not pushy, and most Orange County where we live. We visited Tustin Toyota. They explained to us that the 2011 Scions are a fixed price and there is really no way we could get the payment we wanted with the amount of money we were willing to put down for a lease. They did not have a 2010, nor did they make an effort to call another dealership so we left. I then called Toyota of Orange. I spoke with Paulo and he explained that he didn't have a 2010. I told him what Tustin Toyota said about the 2011's. He said absolutely NOT TRUE. I told him what I wanted to put down and what monthly payment I was looking for. He said he would do some research and call me back. He called back "Good News" we can get you into that car on the terms I had outlined for him. I said , I don't want to drive over there just to be told something else. He assured me. We get there, and guess what??? Bill comes out from financing with the numbers 300% greater than was quoted on the phone. "Oh but we could give you this deal on a corolla". They flat out lied and then tried the "bait and switch". On the way out, Bill hands me his card and told us to think about it and come back. I said "you have got to be kidding. you lie to get me in here and you think I am coming back?" We had purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!! We then called Power Toyota in Irvine. Humphrey said he had found the car we wanted in Long Beach. He was going to pick it up the next day. We were going down to sign papers, when Humphrey called and said in was a manual not an automatic. He found the car in San Diego at Bob Bakers'. I really appreciated the information. We then call Bob Baker Toyota, and Patrick - the sales manager of the year - said he would deliver the car to us that evening curb service. John and Tony, came up to Orange County, stopped at two locations for signing papers and delivered the car with a smile. This is not only the best service I've received at a dealership - this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had!!! You guys totally exceeded my expectations. I told you what I what car and what terms I wanted and you delivered - literally! I will drive down to Bob Baker toyota for my next car - no question!! I can't thank you all enough. More

They even let me drive a brand new and model I wanted. So far so good. When it came to getting just a quote however, it was annoyingly clear that they just wanted to close the deal on the same day. Well, nothing special here but I was just not that easy to spend my hard-earned 24K+. Besides, they basically tried to sale it with MSRP. After brief negotiation with the sales rep, he brought a sale manager, and this is the time I felt like I was pushed out to the street. He stared at me like some kind of cop and basically told me to go somewhere else. Wow... I won't go back there again. More
