Jonathan showed me a 2012 that other dealers had told me were not delivered yet. He also worked out a very attractive offer. I said I would handle the financing, but Jeff made me a better offer than the credit union. Soon I was down the road in my new Prius and happy to have met these two dealmakers. Simply put: the price was better, the financing better, the people friendlier, and there was a sense of urgency on my behalf that I have not seen at other dealerships. More

We were looking for a white 2011 Rav4 with the 3rd row seats. Our search started early morning Saturday and ended that evening in disappointment. We were subjected to the routine stupid salesman-to-manager-to-salesman offer/counteroffer game. On Sunday, we decided to give it a last try at Power Toyota Scion Irvine and met Brandon Sedgwick, the Internet/Fleet Manager. We were already impressed that this dealership had a good selection and the RAV4 we wanted was in stock. He thought our offer was tough but took it ONCE to his manager. He was never pushy nor impatient but had a can-do professional attitude. We agreed on a fair price and after a brief wait, it was off to Finance. Mark Gonzalez, in Finance, was equally pleasant and professional. He explained the optional warranty plans. While very detailed, he was never pushy either. He took our check and organized the sales documents. I can tell he's been doing this for a while because he was relaxed while moving things steadily along. The whole buying experience was about 2 hours (including the car wash / prep). It was just an outright pleasant experience. When its time for me to trade my Solara in, I'll be back to this dealership. Thank you Brandon and Mark. I hope that this is a reflection on your entire staff at Power Toyota Scion Irvine. -Thomas. I thanked him for his quick response and he took me to cars that met my budget and wishlist. The price he quoted was excellent and made better by a $3000 cash incentive! We have owned and operated a business here in San Juan Capistrano since 1984. When we were looking for a new car, we went to the local Toyota dealership. They had the car we wanted, but they were not wi Capistrano since 1984. When we were looking for a new car, we went to the local Toyota dealership. They had the car we wanted, but they were not willing to bend on the price of a hybrid, saying they were a "high demand" item and in limited supply. My cousin who owns a dealership (different brand) back East recommended going on the internet for help and specifically recommended checking out Power Toyota. We were able to search out the inventory of avaliable cars on line and found the exact car we were looking for. I filled out a short form and hit the e-mail button. Much to my surprise, I received a respond almost immediatly! Within 15 minutes, Brandon had exchanged a couple of e-mails, made a phone call, negotiated a price, give us directions to the dealership, and said the car would be waiting out front for us to see. Amazing. He spent time showing us the features of the car (lots of electronics these days),finished up the exact deal which we agreed upon on the phone, and introduced us to the rest of the staff for processing the paperwork. The finance staff was great. When we finished up, Brandon had washed the car, filled the tank with gas, fanned out all of the "quick guide" manuals for our review, and walked us out to the car to make sure we knew how all of the operating essentials of the car were understood before we left the lot. I remember my wife remarking on the way home that this was actually a fun experience to buy a car. Imagine that! There are still a few computer apps to add to the electonics of the car, and Brandon has already offered to help us out with any questions when we get to that point. I would recommend this dealership and especially Brandon to any of my friends. I don't usually do that. More

First of all, we did look at a dealership closer to our home. We test drove the Prius V and loved it. It was just the right size for us and we were looking for a hybrid, so it was perfect. But, we were not comfortable with the sales team at that dealership, so we decided to contact Power Toyota. We decided to sell our car first, then start to look seriously at the Prius V. After selling our car, I went online to ask for a quote instead of driving over to Irvine. Within 5 minutes, Brandon Sedgwick returned my call. I told him the exact car we wanted and he informed me that he had that car on the lot. He gave me a quote over the phone and email on Tuesday, and we drove off with the car on Thursday afternoon. He showed us the car first to make sure it was the one we wanted (options, color, etc), and while we were signing the paperwork with finance, it was being prepared for pickup. Brandon made our buying experience so easy and fun. He is a perfect example of uncompromising customer satisfaction.
