went to purchase a vehicle. was lied to every step of the way by the salesmen and the finance manager. was told I would get a certain price for things and when I went to finance was lied to every step of the way by the salesmen and the finance manager. was told I would get a certain price for things and when I went to finance they tried hiding a bunch of add-ons. they also lied to me about their "extended warranty". they claimed they would give me their platinum warranty for a certain price, but they didn't. Definitely don't go here if you have other options. my paperwork showed 5 miles on the car and I didn't notice the car actually had 100 miles at the time of sale. my paperwork shows that they couldn't manipulate our finance numbers based off if we chose to get extended warranties but they did did just that. gave me a better "interest rate" for adding a warranty (which unfortunately I didn't see in the paperwork) Salesman told me that the car had JBL premium audio, which it does not and on top of that the tires were filled above the max rating of the tire. the car calls for 30 psi and the tires were filled to 55psi. that's crazy and goes to show the care that they have for their vehicles before they make sales. More
