It was my very first time at AutoNation Toyota and Oscar was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of all my needs and any additional concerns I had about my vehicle that had been out of commiss was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely communicable via text, which is what fit best with my schedule. Any additional work needing to be done was professionally suggested and I didn’t feel forced into it and he even threw in a complimentary wash! I empathize with the technicians for the system being down, but it took an extreme amount of time for anything to be done. The last few experiences I had with the service center have left me leaving almo down, but it took an extreme amount of time for anything to be done. Simply being put I spend over $3000 at your service center, I would have expected the work I requested to be competed to have been done. Rather, I get my car back and the additional services the technician found were completed but not the one I requested. More
