I took my truck to my "local dealer" who told me they could not do the 5,000 mile service on my truck because they didn't have the equipment. SERIOUSLY! I made an appointment for 8am on a Friday and got there late. They honored the appointment anyway and took the car in at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation and gave the car back washed and serviced at late. Autonation Irvine is the only place I take my Toyota. Also, the waiting room is very comfortable and has: couch seating, a/c, work stations for laptops, TV, free snack bar with water bottles/juice boxes, granola bars, etc and a coffee machine with Starbucks coffee or hot chocolate or hot water for tea. Also there are vending machines for extra snacks and a kids room with a small table and chairs in case you have the kids with you. Don’t forget the iPad! More

I had a 9:15 appointment for a normal oil / filter change. I didn’t see my service advisor for 45 mins and his “estimate” came out to $445 with additional “recommendations” that are not recommending change. This is the only Toyota dealership in my area, so I have to to there for service. More
