Well I went in first and foremost for a smog check. I decided to have it serviced while there. Then i was informed that I needed 4 tires and an alignment. When call came that it was done I have an almo I decided to have it serviced while there. Then i was informed that I needed 4 tires and an alignment. When call came that it was done I have an almost $1600 bill but oh, the bad news, we can't do your smog check. It has to go to a Star Center. Would have been nice to have been told that BEFORE I spent $1600! More

Great when buying car but first experience with service was not good. Waited 45 minutes for the advisor to drop off car eventhough I have appointment. Advisor was slow and not helpful (saw appointment whi was not good. Waited 45 minutes for the advisor to drop off car eventhough I have appointment.
