I bring in my Prius Plug-in to this dealership for a 90K maintenance service. But, the lowest cost for the 90K service is more than $1,800. I believe that is way too much for a maintenance service. I took my CHR to be serviced, I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted right away by James. He asked me if I wanted to wait for my car or come back and pick it up. I could not wait, he offered the sh time and was greeted right away by James. He asked me if I wanted to wait for my car or come back and pick it up. I could not wait, he offered the shuttle service, which I didn’t need since I already had a ride, I appreciated him offering it. He sent me a video via text of my car letting me know that they checked everything and it all looked fine. He did the oil change and rotated the tires. He suggested new windshield wipers and an alignment. He didn’t pressure me to do either. I would highly recommend this dealership for service, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you! More
