Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was not very good. I made an oil change appointment 3 weeks prior and arrived on time. Waited in queue for about 30 minutes only to be told to come back. The very good. I made an oil change appointment 3 weeks prior and arrived on time. Waited in queue for about 30 minutes only to be told to come back. The reason was that they didn’t have the appropriate oil filter for my car. The guy told me “next time you make an oil change appointment, call a day prior to check if we have the proper filter for your car.” WHAT?? I should not have to do that!! That’s their job to make sure to have proper parts for the service. Unbelievable, but it happened! Made another appointment for a week later and no issues. More
made appointment night before, arrived next morning on time and scheduled to be out in hour to hour and half for routine maintenance. Car done in hour and half including wash and interior wipe down. I called that after to see if I could possibly get my oil & filter changed, and the said yes. Mike Robinson, was my service advisor. He got me out of there in less than an hour. Service was friendly, communication was great through text, advisor was extremely knowledgeable/likeable/professional. I was not happy that when I got in my car, the car was not washed like promised and text, advisor was extremely knowledgeable/likeable/professional. I was not happy that when I got in my car, the car was not washed like promised and that my Brake Fluid light came on when they just had my car for 2 days. I wish it was caught and done when they had it. Was offered a small discount for the hassle but time is more important than money to me. More
Gilbert is knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Every question was answered. It is important for me to understand the what, how, when and cost of the repair. The cost of the repair was spelled out in detail and the estimated time the repair would be completed was given … an important detail in that we have only one car. The facility was immaculately clean, and we were provided transportation to and from our home. I would recommend this facility to all Toyota owners. I am very happy. More
