We had an issue the first time we made the appointment for the recall. After making the appointment and verifying that the parts for the recall were in stock, we arrived at the appointment and checked in for the recall. We certainly did not appreciate wasting all that time. And when i called and emailed about being upset about the inconvenience, no one returned my calls or replied to my emails.
