I did a 5k maintenance appointment last Saturday; our service advisor didn't look helpful. We decided to have a shuttle going to a mall due to our car will take 3 hrs to finish the service. AutoNation of service advisor didn't look helpful. We decided to have a shuttle going to a mall due to our car will take 3 hrs to finish the service. AutoNation offered it thru Lyft, however when our advisor called us to inform that our car is ready to pick up, he mentioned that waiting period to pick us up from the mall will be another 2 hours. I don't understand why it will take that long to get a shuttle thru Uber or Lyft, though they used that service earlier. To avoid too much conversation, I ended up booking an Uber going to service ctr which only took 10 minutes. More

I took my car to AutoNation Toyota Irvine for an oil change. The apointment was set up with ease and speed. The service was excellent. Each time I visit AutoNation Toyota in Irvine, have to wait more than 15 minutes to speak with an associate, so this time I made an appointment because Auto Nation sent me emails every week saying my brea wait more than 15 minutes to speak with an associate, so this time I made an appointment because Auto Nation sent me emails every week saying my break is due for the service. After I made the appointment they sent me 2 to 3 emails for confirmation. I went there I had to wait about 10 minutes, and who is sent me a confirmation email came to me and asked me why am I here today. I also waited 2 hours for a break Fluid change that he promised to finish by a max of 1.5 hours. More

Best service in town, I agree with one other reviewer, my Service Rep. Manny is very personable, and knowledgeable. He agreed with me that bringing my vehicle in for service based just on time isn't really Service Rep. Manny is very personable, and knowledgeable. He agreed with me that bringing my vehicle in for service based just on time isn't really necessary (I hardly drive my truck, but after a year of it being driven once or twice a week, we agreed that at least an oil change was a good idea) but of course they checked everything else and even threw in a free car wash. Nice. 4 Stars on price, not the dealer's fault, Inflation. Service on my truck was never over $100, Manny quoted me $140, but somehow managed to bring the cost down to $129, can't complain really, just a sign of the times. More
