The very narrow (fire? ) exit was blocked off with several cars illegally parked on both sides even with a clear RED-painted curve side (unsafe). My son had to turn around and back to the side parking area to tell me that he can’t get out. I had to honk the horn of my SUV many times to notify drivers to open up the very narrow exit. No Toyota representative whatsoever came out to check the noise, but finally one of the drivers got out and took his time to move his vehicle. Also, my son had to personally pick up his car parked at the back as supposed to the car being driven by a Toyota representative to the front exit. A service paper mat was also missing. More

Best service in town, I agree with one other reviewer, my Service Rep. Manny is very personable, and knowledgeable. He agreed with me that bringing my vehicle in for service based just on time isn't really Service Rep. Manny is very personable, and knowledgeable. He agreed with me that bringing my vehicle in for service based just on time isn't really necessary (I hardly drive my truck, but after a year of it being driven once or twice a week, we agreed that at least an oil change was a good idea) but of course they checked everything else and even threw in a free car wash. Nice. 4 Stars on price, not the dealer's fault, Inflation. Service on my truck was never over $100, Manny quoted me $140, but somehow managed to bring the cost down to $129, can't complain really, just a sign of the times. More

We had an issue the first time we made the appointment for the recall. After making the appointment and verifying that the parts for the recall were in stock, we arrived at the appointment and checked in for the recall. After making the appointment and verifying that the parts for the recall were in stock, we arrived at the appointment and checked in and were told that the parts were not in stock. We certainly did not appreciate wasting all that time. And when i called and emailed about being upset about the inconvenience, no one returned my calls or replied to my emails. On our second visit to fix the recall, everything went fine. More
