The very narrow (fire? ) exit was blocked off with several cars illegally parked on both sides even with a clear RED-painted curve side (unsafe). My son had to turn around and back to the side parking area to tell me that he can’t get out. I had to honk the horn of my SUV many times to notify drivers to open up the very narrow exit. No Toyota representative whatsoever came out to check the noise, but finally one of the drivers got out and took his time to move his vehicle. Also, my son had to personally pick up his car parked at the back as supposed to the car being driven by a Toyota representative to the front exit. A service paper mat was also missing. More

We had an issue the first time we made the appointment for the recall. After making the appointment and verifying that the parts for the recall were in stock, we arrived at the appointment and checked in for the recall.
