Had the side airbag recall completed. All went good. It's a big place however they seem to run an efficient operation. The people working with you there are experienced. I had a very good experience. My car was completed in a timely manner and they washed it for me. My service man Gilbert helped me to walk back and forth to my car. I just arrived when they open with no appointment and Mary the service advisor was kind and understanding. They were able to figure out my car problems and called me for approval. I have worked twice now with Joel Navarro on some service issues. He has done and excellent job keeping in touch with me to let me know about service progress, new issues that may have come up and most impo issues. I appreciate that sometimes problems come up, that is why communication is so important to me. When I work with Joel he stays in touch so I know what's going on, what it will cost, and when it will be done. More
