Made appointment for 7:45 AM. I had a coupon for complimentary brake inspection with my plan for new front brakes. I waited 3 hours, with no feedback from representative. I finally walked out to service area, and asked if my car was ready. I paid and was told my car would be right out for pick up. After waiting 20 more minutes i went back inside and asked rep where my car was? He went back to get my car. Another 10 minutes and the rep delivered my car. Thanks. All other cars coming out of service were WASHED. Not mine?? Repair good. Service not so good. More
I had an appointment set for 10:30 AM on 5/25/22. I arrived at 10:00 AM and was told that my car would be ready at about 11:30 AM. I checked at 11:30 AM and it had not even been started. This was for my 3rd free service which is a super easy one. So I told the service manager that I was FINISHED with them and left. I was EXTREMELY unhappy!!! He honored my online discount code readily and held true to his word by texting me when my car was ready. It was my forth visit to this Dealer. It was a good experience, but not excellent. Not a big deal but they said they were washing the car and it was not washed. The service was good enough for me to go back but not good enough to rave about and send referrals to. P. S. the parts department was only one star. I had to go to the Service area and have the get someone to man the Desk. They didn't even answer their phone no. which was on the cards on the counter. There is a big sign saying they sold LIFE TIME batteries but when i asked for one for my 2021 Camry Hybrid and my friends 2018 Prius they told me that the only battery they sold for those two cars was a two year total replacement or 48 months prorated.
