The person who attended me at my appointment for the oil change was completely rude, did not give me good morning, I was trying to arrange with him to do the brake change of my Toyota rav4 for the next appo change was completely rude, did not give me good morning, I was trying to arrange with him to do the brake change of my Toyota rav4 for the next appointment and he told me that I could not that I had to do it at once, and obviously not when he wants but when the customer can! He didn't tell me anything else and when he called me to let me know that the car was ready he didn't say a word to me, I don't know what kind of staff you hire but this person that touched me is a person totally without manners! Almost everything was good. I was very disappointed when I bought an expensive truck and was given only one key. That was ridiculous and I want my second key. Overall slow check in my adviser was 15 minutes late for my checkin time and Did not mention it was going to take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I got a report from the service technician about my tires my checkin time and Did not mention it was going to take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I got a report from the service technician about my tires 30 minutes in and it took another two hours to get my car. Seems like a long time for a simple oil change and they didn’t even rotate my tires. More
