Wanted to get some parts. I have been told that the parts are not stocked and need to be ordered and will be ready one day after pay. I made a full payment for the parts that I have been told that the parts are not stocked and need to be ordered and will be ready one day after pay. I made a full payment for the parts that even weren't ready. Waited for over a week and the parts department said we can't have the parts ready. All we can do is refund you!!! Seriously?!! waited for over a week and simply been told get the refund. Terrible customer service. Nobody willing to help. More

I just move here from Arizona, I’m trying to find a Toyota dealership, to service my 2021 Rav 4. I called Auto Nation @ Sahara and made on appointment.
