In early September we began looking for a 2026 Prius that would be on sale due to the Labor Day holiday. We live in Montgomery County, MD, so we scoured the Toyota dealers – Rockville, Bethesda, and Gaithersburg. No one had a Prius LE. We could wait, so we waited and asked and asked and waited – NO Prius LE. We expanded our search to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg and also heard that there were no Priuses LE. BUT! There was one that would be arriving the week of Sept 23, 2026 and it would be a 2027 Prius LE. We asked if we could but a deposit down, sight-unseen, and we did. Because we were out of town, we picked up the car on Sept 30. The remarkable and brilliant sales associate who arranged all of this for us is Shahram Zoorzai. He is smart, generous, kind, and helpful beyond belief!! We got the best customer service – better than any expectations! We drove and Prius and loved it. It is ours today only because Shahram Zoorzai went to bat for us and we are forever grateful!! The financial manager, Shivan Missouri, guided us through financial options in a way that was accurate and easy to understand. He made it easy for us to identify the right financial choices for us! Recall service. Unable to ascertain work as some hidden cable was replaced. Dealership very good with communication. Do not believe that the tire pressure was checked as part of complimentary service. (Not sure if it was supposed to be.) 4 regular tires were 2-3 psi low, and spare was 10 psi low.
