Hi, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer experience was fabulous! The guy at the front desk was polite, patient and very helpful. He mentioned it's a busy day (Saturda rotation. The customer experience was fabulous! The guy at the front desk was polite, patient and very helpful. He mentioned it's a busy day (Saturday) for servicing and it might take 2 hours. I wasn't happy about waiting around. However, he came and found me after 45 minutes and said my car was ready. I was a happy customer! The waiting area is very impressive. They have vending machines with food and drinks for purchase. As I ran out of the house before eating breakfast so having vending machines with healthy food options was a great experience. The facility where you wait is clean and roomy with TV's and comfortable chairs. I'll be back for sure when my car needs servicing. More

I purchased a new car at another dealership, but when I checked around online (CarMax, Carvana, etc.), AutoNation offered the best trade-in value by a significant amount on my used car. I was a little weary that it might not be worth the time for me to drive there to confirm that the online offer was valid. Turns out not only was the online offer validated, but it was overall a great experience. Ask for Alan Ribner. He was ready for me when I got there, checked out the car quickly and let me know the offer was good (again $$$$ more than the competition), and was just a pleasure to work with. The dealership was busy with lots of people, but it had no impact on AutoNation Leesburg purchasing my car, thanks to Alan. I normally HATE going to car dealerships because I feel trapped, and I have enjoyed the ease of CarMax and Carvana in the past. However, after selling my car to AutoNation, I would definitely use them again and have personally recommended it already to friends and family. My husband actually sold his car yesterday there and was also thrilled! If you want to get a great price for your used car, ask for Alan. He is knowledgeable, very quick, and will get you the best deal, based on my experience TWICE in the last few weeks! ASK FOR ALAN RIBNER--he's the best!! More
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 PM to purchase a vehicle and place a deposit. The dealership confirmed my appointment by email and assured me that the vehicle was available. Based on that confirmation, I drove approximately one hour to the dealership. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but the dealership should have notified me before my arrival, especially since they had confirmed my appointment. This lack of communication wasted my time, fuel, and effort. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed, and I would hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. More
The worst service experience ever! Such a headache, and no repair work done. I ordered a part over the phone and scheduled the intall. The part was not there when I showed up. After 1 day, I was told the part arrived and did not fit so they would order another part. After 4 days, I was told the second part did not fit either. They said they ordered a third part from CA. After 8 days and 3 phone calls to check, I was told the part was still in transit. I gave up after all of this! I went to another repair shop and got my car fixed in 2 days. What a waste of time and gas. SO frustrating! More
