Their service department and reps are always so courteous--from when you step out of your car and inside with your rep. A shout out to Justin for going out of his way to keep me informed of the diagnostics and the cause for delays in completing the repair. The offer to provide a loaner was a godsend for us. Just wish their new car inventory was a lot shorter and the method for claiming a car on the manifests they receive was more customer friendly and simplified, but the inventory shortage is obviously beyond their control.
