I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 PM to purchase a vehicle and place a deposit. The dealership confirmed my appointment by email and assured me that the vehicle was available. Based on that confirmation, I drove approximately one hour to the dealership. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but the dealership should have notified me before my arrival, especially since they had confirmed my appointment. This lack of communication wasted my time, fuel, and effort. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed, and I would hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. More
The worst service experience ever! Such a headache, and no repair work done. I ordered a part over the phone and scheduled the intall. The part was not there when I showed up. After 1 day, I was told the part arrived and did not fit so they would order another part. After 4 days, I was told the second part did not fit either. They said they ordered a third part from CA. After 8 days and 3 phone calls to check, I was told the part was still in transit. I gave up after all of this! I went to another repair shop and got my car fixed in 2 days. What a waste of time and gas. SO frustrating! More

The waiting area is very comfortable to me where you can find bottled water, coffee and tea while waiting for your car. For the last 17 years, this dealer took care of my car perfectly, professionally and exceptionally. It is the only place I go for the need of my car. Chris (the service attendant checking me in) knows his stuff and I liked how he took the time to explain the various services provided with the 30K mile checkup)- including the costs for various services stuff and I liked how he took the time to explain the various services provided with the 30K mile checkup)- including the costs for various services and comparisons with out of dealer costs. his patience and taking the time is appreciated. The paperwork provided afterwards was also very thorough and I appreciated that it followed the Toyota recommended service at 30K line by line and the name of the technician that did the checks, changed the fluids, new wipers as needed(which they were)...they changed the air filter and the cabin air filter (also good idea), and the needed oil and oil filter change....the lubrication of the propeller shaft and retorquing as required//// it did take awhile to do all this stuff. over 2.5 hrs...however since I only have one vehicle.. need to stay in the very nice showroom area...(the coffee machine was broke...always worked before) ...and this time I needed it...Bathrooms clean...and I like the ability to plug in phone and portable computers plus the comfortable seats.I was up late the previous day watching the news so I was falling asleep...In addition I like to add that they will check alignment and do it if need...this was always a gripe of mine with outside service since you had to ask for it to be done or checked to see of needed. I purchased the 35K mile service agreement when I put the TRD so I will be curious to see how much the regular service will cost next time. this time the cost was over $400 for thing not covered by the service agreement. Chris gave me a cost estimate for the future (also much appreciated). fix the coffee machine..otherwise everything almost perfect...also liked that I was able to Pay with Chris rather than go over to accounting.... Despite explicitly communicating the concern I had regarding my vehicle, I was erroneously charged $1200 for "labor" that was absolutely unnecessary towards addressing the very specific reason I broug regarding my vehicle, I was erroneously charged $1200 for "labor" that was absolutely unnecessary towards addressing the very specific reason I brought my vehicle in. My attempts at communicating this directly to the Service Advisor was ignored. Upon receiving a long list of unrelated service recommendations that would have tripled the bill above $3000, I immediately rejected all work and was able to fix the original problem by myself by replacing a part for less than $10 after bringing my vehicle home. So, all in all, I paid $1200 simply to confirm what I said the issue was (a damaged relay fuse). No actual services were performed and my attempts at communication were ignored. I'm absolutely appalled by the predatory and deceptive practices received. More
