The service department here is a train wreck. When you enter there is no designated person to assist but rather you have to wait with whatever group of customers are. Once one of the very disinterested service people finally agrees to talk to a customer, check in goes fairly smooth. Pickup is similar and half of the time nobody can find he work papers or keys. On most occasions, the length of time required to complete routine work is excessive, making it difficult for customers to determine when their vehicle will be ready for pick up. In addition, it appears that customers waiting rather than dropping a vehicle off and then returning are given priority. This is particularly annoying when scheduling an early morning drop off. Simple things that other dealerships routinely do for their customers, such as washing the vehicle after service, are never performed. Once again, although the service quality is adequate, the customer care side of the business appears to be an afterthought. More
