Antoine, the finance manager, was also very personal and reasonable when we pushed back on certain extra coverage packages. All around great experience. They made a special exception for us on the down payment despite its form (credit card). Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future. More

They showed me a Highlander, test drove it, made a deal, put deposit down, was returning to finish deal the next day. I have visited Leesburg Toyota on Saturday for my normal oil change. I was surprised with timing. , since I did not have an appointment they told me it will take 2-3 hours. I used to take my car to Fairfax Toyota for 7 years but they disappointed me in last several times. When I came to Leesburg Toyota my expectation was not that high but really like the quality and timing. I will be coming to this location for my maintenance and new car.
