I have been using this dealership for 20 yrs to service our multiple Toyotas and they have been great. Good and timely service. They should not just have a long list of recommended service items but separate the "urgent" items, i.e. items that should be approved for this service (e.g. dirty filter to be replaced), from the general preventive items (e.g. items Toyota recommends to be done at a certain mileage). By separating the items the list would be much more useful. More
