My attempts at communicating this directly to the Service Advisor was ignored. Upon receiving a long list of unrelated service recommendations that would have tripled the bill above $3000, I immediately rejected all work and was able to fix the original problem by myself by replacing a part for less than $10 after bringing my vehicle home. So, all in all, I paid $1200 simply to confirm what I said the issue was (a damaged relay fuse). No actual services were performed and my attempts at communication were ignored. I'm absolutely appalled by the predatory and deceptive practices received. More

I have been going to Leesburg Toyota for about 25 years, and I have to admit this was the best service I have had there. Daniel was great to work with, as well as the lady who handled my loaner car. Last time, the windshield cracked badly; they found the pinhole-sized crack when the car was checked in and told us it had spread all over the front door. My husband would have rated it zero, but the car that broke down was not their fault. I think Toyota has lost its quality, so I switched to a different brand when I purchased a new car. More
