Service Center took my car in without an appointment the day before a scheduled business trip. Tire was significantly under recommended pressure rate, but not quite flat. Employee called me in less than an day before a scheduled business trip. Tire was significantly under recommended pressure rate, but not quite flat. Employee called me in less than an hour to tell me that they found a nail in the tire, and that it was repairable. Service Center patched my tire 30 minutes later and got me on my way. All in all, Service Center gave me exactly the service I needed at lightning speed, and with no unnecessary up-sales, which I appreciated. More
I took my car in to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg for an emissions inspection. An hour or so later, Justin texted me to say the car is done, so I picked it up. The certification was sitting in the passenger emissions inspection. An hour or so later, Justin texted me to say the car is done, so I picked it up. The certification was sitting in the passenger seat, so I thought I was all set. I soon noticed that - for some unknown reason - AutoNation Toyota Leesburg scraped off my state inspection sticker (which was still valid for almost two more months). I called the service department immediately, but was transferred to the service manager's (Bryan) voicemail. I left a message, saying that I requested only an emissions test but the state inspection sticker was removed and I need to get the situation resolved as soon as possible since I am driving "on risk" without the sticker in my window. Bryan texted back the first thing the next morning, writing that he received my voicemail, but that the emission inspection was not done, only the state inspection was done. There are quite a few problems with these statements: (1) my copy of the invoice clearly shows only the emissions inspection being requested, so why did Bryan say it wasn't done? (2) if the emissions test was not done, then why did they take my payment for doing it when I picked up the car? (3) if it wasn't done, why did they leave an emissions inspection certificate on my passenger seat? (4) is the certificate invalid and do I have to go somewhere to get it performed correctly? (5) since the information shown on the certificate was entered into the DMV online system, is this considered fraud? (6) if the state inspection was indeed done, under what authority did they perform it, since I only came in for the emissions test? (7) if the state inspection was done, and the sticker was removed from the window, why wasn't a new sticker applied to the window? Today my wife brought the car in to get the situation straightened out, and asked to speak with Bryan, but he hid inside his office the entire time she was there. AutoNation Toyota Leesburg did apply a new state inspection sticker and did not charge us for the inspection, but how can we truly be sure they actually performed it? Besides the words "Sorry inconvenience" in Bryan's text, no one at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg did not apologize once to me or my wife (certainly not when she took it in today and Bryan hid from her). BTW, we purchased three cars and leased another from this dealership over the past two decades. The service is definitely going downhill. More

I took my car in for servicing and the service team checked out my car and found a couple parts that were worn out and needed replacing. My service advisor, Moses, contacted me to keep me informed before any work was done. He explained what parts needed replacing and the reason why. It had been a while since I’ve had my car serviced so was not surprised about the worn out parts. Also the cost was below what I had expected to pay. I was very satisfied with the visit. More

I had a warning alert on my 2021 Venza to see a dealer immediately and they were able to get me in right away, They also had time to do my 2 year maintenance at the same time which I really appreciated. immediately and they were able to get me in right away, They also had time to do my 2 year maintenance at the same time which I really appreciated. There were many comfortable and quite spots to sit while waiting and a wonderful coffee bar set up. Everyone I talked to were very friendly. I just moved to the Ashburn area so I am thrilled it is so close. More
I felt welcomed by several people. I moved to the Leesburg area and my car needed routine maintenance. The service agent was friendly and helpful. Later as I looked around at new mode I moved to the Leesburg area and my car needed routine maintenance. The service agent was friendly and helpful. Later as I looked around at new models, the sales agent as well as the manager greeted me in a way I felt no pressure when expressing I was interested in seeing what new developments there are with cars — specifically the RAV4. The only thing I was surprised at is that if I go on-line I can see various color combinations that I thought I could order to be delivered when I am ready to buy. Seems the way things work is to purchase something from direct inventory. My feeling however means I would need to find a different dealership if Leesburg didn’t have a model that had all the options I wanted. More
