Extremely bad service this time from the time I entered the dealership. Ordered wrong parts by Toyota had to leave the car for a week. The representatives were ok. Tim Nguyen was very helpful. Had a previously bad experience (installed air filter backwards) but after a couple years I gave them another try. I tried to book online but couldn't be found in the system so I called. After being put backwards) but after a couple years I gave them another try. I tried to book online but couldn't be found in the system so I called. After being put on hold the person that booked my appointment failed to book correctly and then gave me miss information on what the steps would be to diagnose my issue. When I arrived for my appointment there was no appointment. I waiting much longer than I should have because their systems were messed up and made it hard to book someone in. Thankfully they had an opening and got me in. They recommended a lot of work which I am skeptical if it was needed since they recommended the transmission fluid change based on age of the vehicle and not by a visual or other test. Was it a bad experience? Well it wasn't great and felt very impersonal. More
