Had a 1pm appointment and they forgot about me. Didn’t get seen until after 2pm. I have had my Toyota Avalon maintained at AutoNation since moving from NJ eight years ago and have been very pleased. The set up is very efficient from being greeted at the service bay, to the service manager desk, to the payment counter.
