Bought a truck here two years ago, recent experience trying to get service was not acceptable. Dealership scheduled an appointment and then informed us that they would not be able to honor the appointm trying to get service was not acceptable. Dealership scheduled an appointment and then informed us that they would not be able to honor the appointment when we arrived due to some nonsense about a disconnect with the call center that we had scheduled the appointment through. This was an official Toyota call center. Dealer said they would be able to see us the following day and rescheduled with second appointment. Then - during the second "appointment" - made us wait for 3.5 hours to check a simple "check engine code" and ultimately told us there was 'nothing wrong - "probably the gas cap was loose." Over 3 hours for that simple piece of information. A week later... we get an email saying: "BRAKE LININGS SHOW MARGINAL WEAR. REPLACE SOON" <- they never mentioned any problems during the visit and told us the car was fine. I expect more from Toyota and more from AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. Complete waste of and disregard for our time, horrible communications and strange latent warning that is totally disconnected. I don't trust this dealership. More
Very efficient and fast job. Got my appointment and the van took me home and when job was finished they picked me up. Kristen in Service was very helpful!!! Friendly, professional and have a great concern for customers. I waited for my State inspection in which I was a walk-in customer. The customer service rep was able to get my car inspected promptly. The receptionist was very kind and even offered me some cucumber slices (delicious) and we chatted while I waited. Am thankful my rav4 is finally fixed, but interaction with this dealer was terrible. From the beginning when I was ignored at service desk for 10 minutes with no other customers waiting. Having to wait In a Covid atmosphere for 2-1/2 hours to be told my mirrors were shaking. To not being called when the parts were in. To getting a loaner (which I was grateful for) that was so dirty inside that I felt dirty riding in it. To going into pick up my rav and find that the mirrors were shaking worse than ever. Louis came out to my car and called someone over to look at the mirrors. I asked who it was and he said the service director. This person looked at the mirrors, shrugged his shoulders and said send it back, and walked off. I then asked Louis if it would be fixed, because this director acted as if he could care less. Louis assured me it would be fixed. So I left In the loaner again. Total of 4 trips to this dealer which for me is a 28mile round trip. My service advisor, Louis, was helpful, but a lot of this was out of his control. I certainly did not receive the same treatment in the service department as I did from the sales department when you were trying to sell me this $36,000 vehicle. Seems to me the whole service department needs work on it. More

My regular service is done here and I am quite pleased with the treatment and the work. One small complaint; I have broken a small plastic part below my left headlight which I have temporarily fixed with with the treatment and the work. I have told them TWICE to either fix it or order me a replacement part, without any action taken on their part. More
