AutoNation Toyota Leesburg - Service Center

My car was towed to AutoNation for service and Louis in the service department assisted me. He was courageous and professional. Unfortunately, my car was diagnosed needing a new engine so, it was not in my the service department assisted me. He was courageous and professional. Unfortunately, my car was diagnosed needing a new engine so, it was not in my best interest to get it fix. Alan was able to further assist me and worked out a deal to buy back the car. He was also super friendly, professional and went above and beyond. They helped me through an unfortunate situation. Thank you! More

I will never go back to have my vehicle serviced here. They told me that I needed service to my car that I later learned from another source that I did not. Total rip off. I got charged $1200 for water pump replacement. Later to find out this was a $600 job. My car still makes weird noises so I’ll have to take it bank. Few years ago they replaced my brakes and the noise coming from them with every break was just embarrassing. Overpriced and not a good quality job is the best description I can give this place. More
