My regular service is done here and I am quite pleased with the treatment and the work. One small complaint; I have broken a small plastic part below my left headlight which I have temporarily fixed with with the treatment and the work. Made appointment for oil change at 0900. Took over 2 hours. I could go to jiffy lube without appointment and have it done in 30 minutes. Slow check in - about 15 minute wait. Rep didn't know about TSB covering water in doors of 2019 Rav4s. I had to give him a copy. The week ended without any notification that the weatherstripping was received and ready to be installed. More
Had to wait 25 minutes just to check in and drop off our car for a recall repair, and this was with a scheduled appointment. I showed up on time. My spouse ended up waiting the whole time in the parking l car for a recall repair, and this was with a scheduled appointment. I showed up on time. My spouse ended up waiting the whole time in the parking lot to take me back home. Dealer had all info on the recall. Recommend having paperwork ready and allowing customers to simply sign and drop off the keys for a known issue. More
Expectations are set to low when taking my vehicle in. There is always something wrong/wrong part/need to order it again/for got to put the inspection sticker on. Excellent customer service, had no problem making an appointment on line, even for next day service. They are fair and upfront, they will not oversell service not needed. I've always worked with Bryan D appointment on line, even for next day service. They are fair and upfront, they will not oversell service not needed. I've always worked with Bryan D, but all the service employees are great too. If you ever have concerns or questions management has an open door policy. They also work on my Lexus. More
