I just called to schedule installation of the weatherstripping because I received an e-mail inviting me to "complete my service," which I assume means the weatherstripping that was ordered has now arrived. I say "assume" because the service invitation says the service involves a "Yellow Tire." I tried to schedule a service appointment this morning but your website won't display a page for scheduling, despite many boxes inviting me to do so. So I called this morning (7/5 at 11:05) to schedule the appointment. The guy I reached didn't;'t know what I was talking about. He promises to call me back. He hasn't yet.
