A few weeks ago I took my car in for service And a Recall everything went fine I dropped it off and picked it up a few hours later. However a few days later I got a call from the dealership telling me that t everything went fine I dropped it off and picked it up a few hours later. However a few days later I got a call from the dealership telling me that they did not perform an oil change and I need you to come back in , This was part of my service package. I wasn’t sure if it would be no hassle I will get the red carpet treatment and I would be out very shortly. Agreed to bring it in two weeks later on a Saturday. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was greeted by a gentleman sitting at the desk. He asked me my last name and what I was there for I told him an oil change he then proceeded to ask me how many miles I had I said roughly about 4500. He then started arguing with me about the fact I did not need an oil change and I said to him you guys called me. Because it was not included in 5000 mileage package again said I don’t know what to tell you you guys said I needed it. I even explained to him that this was most likely my 10,000 mile service and he agreed that at 10,000 they would’ve changed the oil but still said I didn’t need my oil changed. After a few minutes he decided to go look at the car he put the service tag on came back to the desk and said let’s see what we did last time. At this point he said oh it’s been a year since you had service so we recommend that you change it so now he agreed to change my car And now it’s like 1145 1150 he then looks at me and says are you Going to wait and I said yes he said it’s He said it will be done at 1:30 that was over an hour and a half waiting at the dealership if I would’ve known it was going to take that long I would’ve never scheduled at that time because my wife cannot drop me off and then said to him I thought you guys said this is gonna go fast and there were some red carpet thing he looked at me and said it takes an hour and a half I was so frustrated with him at this time just based on his attitude and unwillingness to listen or even help that I decided to leave. This is the fourth car I have purchased from the dealership over many years and I’ve always done my service there and is the first time I’ve ever been very disappointed in my experience More
Took my 2021 Sienna in for a 90k service. This was my third no cost service. First time it was really great, second time it was a busy day and they gave me car still soaking water and the next service reminder sticker was on t First time it was really great, second time it was a busy day and they gave me car still soaking water and the next service reminder sticker was on the floor. This time, it was not so busy, my was received promptly, service took like 45 minutes, it seems they wash the car, but just exterior, but they did not put on the service reminder sticker. These are probably small details, but those are things that make me feel they care. I paid for a platinum plan that was sold to me as something amazing, but I am not sure of this right now. The representatives are very nice and the place is always neat. They offer you a ride is you don’t want to wait there and they sent you you vehicle report by email. More
