Bought our Avalon in 2006 and have been having your personnel service our car ever since (16 years this month). Service has been outstanding. But what is most notable is that of your Service Advisor, Kristin Lewis-Smit! She has looked after us both ever since we bought the car. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, what is needed, how to do it and when. Always patient with me and my questions and sees that the vehicle service has been completed as scheduled. Service is good however be prepared to spend at least 2 hours for simple maintenance and no communication about the progress of the work. This continues to happen every time I have brought the car for rou hours for simple maintenance and no communication about the progress of the work. This continues to happen every time I have brought the car for routine service over the past 3 years. The car sits in lot awhile, even though I had scheduled an appointment. After work is done, it sits awhile and I have to find someone to check out. No one tells me anything until they want payment. The Mazda service on my other car constantly keeps me in the loop and doesn't waste my time. More

Overall, AutoNation has always been where I've serviced my vehicle. They make it easy and convenient. I always recommend and just last week my youngest son just purchased his first car from AutoNation. my vehicle. They make it easy and convenient. I always recommend and just last week my youngest son just purchased his first car from AutoNation. My only feedback was the online scheduling of my appointment. When setting up my appointment, it gave me multiple options for what type of appointment I was trying to schedule. This was confusing as there were 6 options that were all very similar. Since you have the vehicles service history, why can you just list the next scheduled appointment?? More

This is my first time using auto nation, and I was greeted with friendliness and such an excellent service that I didn’t know what I was doing before. Had an 8am appointment for service, ie- oil change, rotate tires....Service on my vehicle was fine, no issues there, my issues are with the service desk itself. My vehicle was returned from the service rotate tires....Service on my vehicle was fine, no issues there, my issues are with the service desk itself. My vehicle was returned from the service bays at 930am, again, no issue there other than the fact that it was ready, and so was I to get to work. BUT, I had to go back to the service desk and inquire if my truck was ready or not at 1015am, yes 45 minutes later...not acceptable in my opinion to have to wait 45 minutes after my truck was ready. I literally sat 15' from the service desk, so my observation was clear that they were NOT overly busy and NOT understaffed due to the "pandemic". What I did notice though was that while they had 4 service advisors available to check me out, I had to be called upon by the 1 that checked me in...while 2 other service advisors were literally surfing the web and 1 was on the phone. This does not feel like good customer service at all nor does it feel like the Service advisor supervisor has a good system of getting the "waiters" out of there in timely manner. Will not return, nor will I purchase a much needed new vehicle for a family member right now. More
