Second time told to bring my truck that I bought used off their lot and bought extended warranty plan that included first 10 oil changes. The truck is a GMC Denali 3500 dually with a diesel engine. When I took it in for the first oil change they tried to deny my warranty but after meeting with finance officer that sold me the plan they completely the oil change. Second oil change same situation. Now the last oil change a new issue began that started with the one before. I call in to tell them I am 10 minutes out and to get the parts in from auto supply store as I pay extra for upgrading oil filters and oil. After arriving on time I am processed quickly and wait for service. After sitting for an hour and a half I asked the service underwriter my status and he informed me that they are still waiting for the parts. A half hour later he said driver arrived without all the requested parts so not sure when my truck would be ready. This is the same game as before. I contacted Country GMC Buick and told the service underwriter to get my truck and went to Country GMC and the service was completed an hour later. I believe these actions by Autonation Leesburg Toyota are a tactic to avoid honoring the terms of the extended warranty plan I was sold and should result in a refund of least 50% of the fee charged for the plan. The service manager and the underwriter were very professional and apologized but it doesn’t cover expenses that I had to pay due to the lack of services rendered! More

Haven't been impressed between the sales experience with my girlfriend's RAV4 or the service experience with my Tacoma. Usually the service experience is tolerable, but I just had an alignment done after I my girlfriend's RAV4 or the service experience with my Tacoma. Usually the service experience is tolerable, but I just had an alignment done after I changed my struts and shocks, returned home, and found differential fluid stains on my passenger seat. I get that they work on multiple vehicles, but my service shouldn't have had any differential fluid near it as i just swapped those fluids out a few weeks ago, so they need to be careful with cleanliness especially when getting into a customer's vehicle. Been working in scrubbing the stains out. What a pain! Think I need to try elsewhere at this point. More
I have been takinig my Toyotas' to Leesburg Autonation for service for over 20 years. Always excellent service. They don't try to sell/tell you need work done that is not needed like other large Toyota d for service for over 20 years. Always excellent service. Brian is an excellent Service manager who is there for the customer if needed. He has an excellent staff. More

The good news was that everything looked good and I should keep an eye on the corrosion and wear on the brake rotors. Other shops likely would have tried to tell me they needed replacement. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I waited at the dealership while the work was done and the wait time was very reasonable. I will definitely use this dealership for service in the future and it makes me more inclined to buy a car there in the future. More
Dealership addressed recall notice. My service rep Danial was great he answered all my questions and concerns and even helping to get the cost of the repairs as low as possible. My only negative was with the service review for the used auto before sale. My back brakes were one number above the red zone which is 5 it was 4. I had the car for just six months I work from home am a Widow and on a tight budget. When I went for the 6 months maintenance, expecting to only pay maintenance fee of around $350 it ended up being almost $800 .My brakes were metal to metal after only 6,000 miles. I know it would cost the dealership to replace the brakes but it would have gone a long way toward me being 100% happy and being confident that I would not have to have major repairs the next time I buy a used car from the dealer. More
