Had a serious problem with vehicle. Steering wheel, hard to turn,battery light on also brake pedal went all the way down to the floor. Called service advisor Maricio Ramos and he stated probably alternator. He got us set up with super mechanic Jasi and that was problem we have been going there since 1986. Mauricio also knows we are 30 miles away and needed a car . He got us a car to get home and use until our vehicle was fixed there. More
I will go back again, . Overall not above average toyota dealer i been to with my experience since 2019, but I will go back again not because lack of dealership because of Overall not above average toyota dealer i been to with my experience since 2019, but I will go back again not because lack of dealership because of the service manager was helpful after hearing my concern after service, Porter were mostly friendly and respectful, with my luck, running into one with little attitude. I think I have better luck next time with porter. The dealership set up a trailer as waiting area during construction. Not sure how hard they tried or if the trailer is the standard at this dealer. I can deal with lack of space, but can deal with the chemical odor in trailer. I go back again either they done construction or when weather is nice outside More

The lack of response has made completing a warranty/recall service a big problem. They seem to forget people work and getting there at midday is not possible. The actual work was fine. The notification was unclear - I was awaiting to hear from Robert and he sent an unidentified message I was unaware I would receive. Possibly, if he let me know in advance he would message me by’X time’ or something - I would have been aware. When I picked up my car, I noticed the keys were in the car prior to checking out. I told Robert - he went to the lock box and the keys were not there and indeed were in the car. When I was leaving I noticed the maintenance notice was still on and had not been reset. I asked to reset. The individual ended up getting a mechanic to show him how to reset the notice. I wish I was communicated with in advance and the process was smoother. More
