Usually, the work is done right, but the last service, which happened to be 30,000 miles service, was a nightmare. On the short drive home from the dealership car started heavily smoking and stuttering. which happened to be 30,000 miles service, was a nightmare. On the short drive home from the dealership car started heavily smoking and stuttering. I let car cool down at some parking lot and then brought it back to the dealership. After another half an hour my car was fixed and I was told that it is not a big deal and car is now safe to drive. I did not see many cars with the black smoke coming from under the hood on the road. I suspect that mechanics did a sloppy job or missed some step during the initial service. I will give 5 stars for customer service, because unlike the service itself, the communication was done in a polite and professional manner. Also, I realize that the botched service is not the personal fault of the customer service professional I dealt with leaving and picking up my car More
