Had an appointment for an oil change. After an hour I went to check on my car and saw it sitting in the lot outside. I asked 3 different employees for my car then had to wait another 20 After an hour I went to check on my car and saw it sitting in the lot outside. I asked 3 different employees for my car then had to wait another 20 minutes for paperwork, my key and the car wash I previously asked for. Sorry, but the service dept seemed very unorganized and employees seemed very stressed due to being very busy. More

i made an appointment and went there at 3:30Pm on my appointment time for the oil change. Waited for one hour and 40min. They did not even start the job. SO I drove back out. I will never come back to y appointment time for the oil change. Waited for one hour and 40min. They did not even start the job. SO I drove back out.
