Went in for new tires. Said it would be 1 1/2-2 hours. Was shuttled to Macy's. The next morning, the under carriage cover (don't know what it is called) fell down -still attached but dragging on the ground. Not able to drive it. Had to take off of work. Waiting for someone to call me back to fix it. Terrible service. More
