I've been a happy customer since 1988. My usual service writer retired, and things changed. Still, once you can get through to a service writer, all goes well. The dealership's answering service 1) knows nothing about your car and can't answer questions 2) never had the requested competent service writer call me back. Specific scheduling via their website isn't any better. I stopped by, spoke to an actual person, got my questions answered and service scheduled - just like I once could over the phone. Be sure to get the direct number to your service writer when you are there, and in the future, you can speak directly or leave messages directly. All that said, the dealership does an excellent job keeping my vehicles running. AND I appreciate being able to stop in for free fluid top-offs and air pressure adjustments. More
