Made a service appointment for the next morning at 7 AM, opening time for service. I arrived at 6:45, with only a few cars ahead. After a brief conversation with my writer, Paul Kim, about an appointment I opening time for service. I arrived at 6:45, with only a few cars ahead. After a brief conversation with my writer, Paul Kim, about an appointment I had scheduled after the service, we were ready with the service ticket including the engine additive used since my car was new, 11 years ago. After 30 minutes of reading in the newly re-modeled customer area, Paul came to get me. In and out in 30 minutes was great and I appreciate the effort to help me meet an upcoming 8:15 meeting. More
