On July 15th I went to my 5pm appt with Toyota and there was chaos and many people there. After a long wait i elected to return the following week which did not give me a discount on my coupon. I went back the following week July 21 not as many people but service was the same. No one in the service department acknowledges you and you may be standing for a lengthy amount of time. Just letting the customer know "I see you and will be with you as soon as possible." Representative Alan Richter had good customer service but the ladies did not. This Toyota is convenient but I will drive out of my way to get good service. More

Paul did an excellent job; I rate the service received at one hundred percent. When I received my car I noticed some dark stains on the door area and inside the car, and I notified Paul.
