The service was excellent. Alan gave me an estimated wait time which I felt comfortable with. I also received a hard copy of service information and future checklist maintenance. I appreciate the check list being user friendly. I was able to find a $20 coupon online, so savings is always a win! Thanks Toyota! More

Went in for Basic maintenance, saw the line out and was worried about wait times. Was quoted 2 hours by Samantha to my surprise even after adding another service to my car I was still out in under one hour worried about wait times.
