AutoNation Toyota mall of Georgia has the best service department on this side of the Mississippi!! The staff is super friendly and genuinely concerned if you have an issue with your vehicle. They diagnosed the problem with my truck and sent me pictures via text message to show the process of repair. Completely outstanding work! From management to service department staff down to the courtesy drivers, they did a phenomenal job of providing superb customer service. I love the renovations too! Comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi and I think I could’ve gotten a massage while I waited. I decided to go hang out at the mall until the job was done. Quick drop off and even faster pick up. Can’t wait for my next oil change lol More

The sales people are great however I wasn't thrilled that I had to come in two days in a row to buy two cars. The sales staff and finance department said they could only show us one car at a time. My first service first wasn't great either, I waited 15 minutes for any one to acknowledge I needed to speak with someone and when I finally spoke to someone (never given her name) they kept insisting that I needed to leave my car overnight because they could not find my appointment to sit and wait on the car to get an oil change. Also, I thought when I got an oil change that my car would be run through the car wash and wiped down on the inside after people were in it and it wasn't, very disappointing. Will chose a different Toyota dealership for service from now on. More
