Yesterday's billing was outrageous. I paid $487 for labor which is so unfair for oil change and alignment! I don't want to come there anymore! I was taken to the mall and left there after I called and a Lady told me the driver will be there in 5mins. I waited for 1hour 19minutes before I saw another driver and followed him. Getting to Automation, my car was not ready after 3hours. I missed my kid's school bus.. Very bad experience for me. More
