I was promised 3-4 hour wait, maybe sooner. It was actually 5 1/2 hours. No repairs, just 60K mile service. 10AM until 3:30 PM with no lunch. This was my first visit to AutoNation Toyota. I could not have had a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Michael did a great job of making me feel welcome.
