The sales people are great however I wasn't thrilled that I had to come in two days in a row to buy two cars. The sales staff and finance department said they could only show us one car at a time. My first service first wasn't great either, I waited 15 minutes for any one to acknowledge I needed to speak with someone and when I finally spoke to someone (never given her name) they kept insisting that I needed to leave my car overnight because they could not find my appointment to sit and wait on the car to get an oil change. Also, I thought when I got an oil change that my car would be run through the car wash and wiped down on the inside after people were in it and it wasn't, very disappointing. Will chose a different Toyota dealership for service from now on. More
